Due to high order values and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfil the order. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.


Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 days business days and the customer will receive their item product within 3-7 business days depending on location. Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you didn’t receive your package for a long time, then please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking code. For further help, you can contact our team through email for any unanswered questions.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 – 48 hours.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respective carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking number. But If your order was placed more than a week ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

TruNatura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Damages

TruNatura is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Yes, we ship our products all around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

Unfortunately due to local restrictions we cannot ship supplements to Mexico, Spain, Greece, ThailandRussia, Ukraine, Argentina, Peru, Nepal, and Indonesia
